Un rastro de luz

Oil on canvas stretched on a frame. 40 x 40 cm. Signed on the front. Backlit bramble leaf. In this work, I capture the ephemeral moment of the last rays of sunlight of the day through a bramble leaf. The beauty of these fleeting moments of golden light lies partly in their transience, wanting to capture them, to make them mine. Perhaps that is why my soul is inclined to capture them on a canvas, so that those of us who enjoy this beautiful light can contemplate it at any time.
