El valor de una sombra

Acrylic on canvas 92x73 cm. Painting belonging to the "Climate Change" collection where I intend to express the need for nature to protect us from the climate change we are already experiencing. In this work, one can observe how a woman tries to protect herself from the sun in a desert landscape where only the skeleton of an extinct tree-animal remains that still offers its shade and to which she goes to complement the insufficient protection of her parasol. In the background, wildfires destroy everything relentlessly.
